The job of every football coach is to "fill the stadium" of the team he coaches. This blog will enable owners, presidents, coaches, athletic directors, marketing directors in fulfilling that mission.
I began my career in coaching with Barberton High School in Ohio, before moving on to Manhattan, Kansas where I coached at Kansas State (1989 to 1991 & 1994). After enjoying great success as the Offensive Coordinator at Hofstra University and a brief stint at Kansas State, I accepted the Head Coach position at Emporia State in Kansas. I also spent time as the Offensive Coordinator at the University of Wyoming and was an Assistant Head Coach with Texas Tech. Following my time at Texas Tech, I was named Head Coach at Texas State University. In February of 2004, I left college coaching to start Big Season Sports™ and Touchdown Publications™, multi-media companies in the football industry. I was afforded the opportunity to coach college football again at my alma mater (Capital University) in Columbus, Ohio. I serve as Offensive Coordinator for the Crusaders.
